PETER J. KELLY
Principal

Mr. Kelly is responsible for acquisitions, operations, asset management and strategic vision for the company’s portfolio. Mr. Kelly has over 35 years of experience across all aspects of real estate management and operations for residential, office, retail and hospitality assets. Throughout his career he has worked closely with owners and partners combing strategic vision with expert hands-on asset/property management skills to successfully execute management plans that have both maximized cash flow and long-term economic value.

Mr. Kelly worked with a highly regarded, Washington, DC based family real estate owner/developer where he was retained to restructure operations and implement an extensive capital improvement program as well as oversee all property management activities for a 1,330-apartment building portfolio.

Prior to that was he was Managing Director/Partner for New York City based Merchant Equity Group where he was responsible for developing and implementing asset management plans and workout strategies for a $200M distressed loan portfolio made up hotels, fractured condominiums, a golf course community and a marina.

Before that he was recruited by a Dutch pension fund to oversee asset/property management and repositioning of Washington, DC’s L’Enfant Plaza, a 1.5M square foot mixed use property with office, retail and a luxury hotel.

Mr. Kelly formed his own property management and brokerage company where he leased and managed retail and office properties throughout the Hudson Valley region of NY. Prior to forming his own company, he was Director of Property Management & Leasing Crystal Run Corporate Park in Middletown, NY. Earlier in his career he was fortunate enough to work for two industry legends as a Director of Property Management and Leasing with Helmsley Spear, Inc. and Operations Manager with Silverstein Properties Inc. in NYC.

Mr. Kelly has received the RPA designation and holds a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Brockport.
